Water can be purchased at Cottonwood Grocery in Study Butte. Some people that have access to a pickup, put a 200 gallon tank in the back and haul their own water. There are no restrictions, build what you want if you want, when you want. This high desert and can be hot in the summertime and pleasant during the winter, having very little snow or freezing temps. The topography has deep canyons and road ends of the property. Please call in advance to preview any of our listings. Hunting season starts the Saturday after Thanksgiving and goes for 16 days, so we prefer not to show property during that time. Be prepared to bring your own 4-Wheel Drive auto even though you may not need anything but a high clearance auto. You will need to follow us as you may want to stay on the property and explore the area, so we will leave you to do that in your own time. Please bring your masks and hand sanitizer. We have had very low incidents of COVID 19 and want to keep it that way if possible. Check your travel advisory's for weather and closures.
