Elevation is 3531 to 3814. The road ends on the property. It has varied terrain with rolling to high elevations. Be sure to plan ahead to preview property and bring a high clearance auto. No restrictions & it has Terlingua Ranch access. For more information about Terlingua Ranch please visit their website called POATRI. The ranch has dues of $180.42 per year due in March of every year. This helps provides for the many roads they have to maintain. We will never sell land-locked property or charge you to show you property or list your property. Please call in advance a week or so to preview any of our listings as our schedule fills up so quickly. Prepare to bring your own high clearance auto with good off road tires. All our listings go through the title company with no exceptions. A buyer will have to pay half of escrow fee & that amount is usually $400 (depending on what title company you use) for the buyer, and a filing fee $35+-for the deed. The title company takes care of this for you and it will be listed on what is called your settlement statement. You will get this a week or so before it is to close. Your earnest money can be a personal check but funds to close need to be a wire transfer only. No cashiers check, money orders or cash. Transfer information will be given to you when you write a contract at our office & when your closing papers will be sent to you by the title company. Please do not wire money to an ACH. Only the information that you are given to wire it to. Watch the weather when planning a trip. Temps have been known to be over 100 and we prefer not to take you out in that hot weather. You will need to follow us to all showings. Several reasons- you need to know that you can access the property you choose in your auto and you may want to stay and look after we leave.
