Don't miss the dinosaur museum over by the visitors center. It is an open air walk through display, no charge. These are prehistoric animals & fish found in the area. Any property located in Terlingua Ranch has a yearly fee of $180 due in March. There are cabins, RV spots, Tent Camping, the cabins with no TV or phone & wi-fi can be found at the cafe. Bad Rabbit cafe has great food & they do take credit cards. There is no gas available here, so you best get gas in Alpine or Terlingua. Safe journeys! All sales go through the title company & a closing could take 30-45 days. There are no banks or loan company's that will finance rural property in this area unless it fronts a county road or highway. Distance from Hwy 170 is approximate 15 miles being 5 miles on South County Road & 10 miles on Terlingua Ranch Roads.
