This is part of Terlingua Ranch and has maintenance fees of $219 annually, due in March of every year. This takes care of the roads.

You will find the staff at the lodge helpful and friendly. There is a main office, cabins, cafe,  swimming pool, bathhouse, RV & Tent camping, and a dirt runway for those who choose to fly in. There are no gas sales at the ranch. Gas sales are only in Alpine & Study Butte. There are also charging stations for electric cars but I do not know how many. Alpine has about 5 charging stations on 118 South just past the football station.
