There are over 1400 miles of roads they take care of.

All sales go through the title company and can take as much as 45 days to close.  The cost to you as a buyer is a filing fee of $35, $450 Escrow fee, and the $210 ranch fee. The seller picks up the other fees unless it is advertised differently.
