It has good access for a motor home or RV, and there are no restrictions. It has not been surveyed, but we have the GPS coordinates for all corners. We are not surveyors, and we recommend you get a survey before putting anything permanent on the land. There are several well-licensed surveyors in our area.

Terlingua Ranch is a favorite area for peace & quiet, getting away from the stress of the city.  Dark skies are excellent for star-gazing, so bring your cameras & telescopes. Our county is the largest dark sky community in the world.

Terlingua Ranch offers cabins, RV, and tent camping. A neat little cafe called the Bad Rabbit serves great home-cooked meals. If you are a pilot, you can land on a dirt strip behind the lodge. Remember, the lodge has no electric charging stations or fuel sales.

All sales are cash unless otherwise noted. They go through a title company and can take up to 45-60 days to close. All proceeds will be made by wire transfer to the Abstract Company. You do not need to carry cash when deciding on a property you like. All contracts are done in writing on Texas Real Estate forms.

Terlingua Ranch has a Property Owner Fee of $219.26 for 2023, which may change every March depending on the cost of maintaining the equipment to care for the roads.
