There is a light restriction in the County to keep the stars from being covered with light pollution  The views are 360 and allow photographers to capture the colors of sunrise and sunsets. This area is famous for astronomers and stargazers.

There is a fee per year to help maintain the roads. It is $219.26 this year and changes every year for the cost of living.

The lodge has cabins, RV & tent camping, a cafe, a swimming pool, and also a dirt landing strip for fly-in guests. They have an office staffed with helpful and friendly folks. They do not sell land. Detailed questions can be found on their website.

This property would lend itself to glamping, RV and camping, or anything your imagination desires.
